the breakfast included good variety. i found the staff quite friendly . the location was also convenient (a shopping center is in front of the hotel).
i requested a sea-view room and a non-smoking room, but i was given a smoking room with a very limited sea view. i noticed hairs in the bedroom and bathroom, indicating inadequate cleaning.

this hotels location is awesome! it overlooks the sea and west bay area. the room i had was surprisingly big and the interior was so great. the kitchen also had everything i needed and its so nice.
the bedroom was vary small. i dont think the bathroom cleanliness is good for a 5 star hotel. i also noticed the bedrooms are not very clean, i found some leftover things from previous guests between the bed and nightstand. they need to do a proper cleaning for sure.

i found the air conditioning inadequate. the room never cooled properly at night. some lights were also not working in the room which added to my frustration.. the experience didn't meet my expectations.

The location is good , with the gate mall just a short walk away. The staff were helpful and guest services responded quickly to requests.
The rooms need some updates . The furniture looked quite old. The receptionist at check-in was not particularly friendly , i found.

Breakfast was acceptable. The hot station had eggs and bacon.
Check-in was a struggle. I had booked a room and called earlier to confirm an early arrival, but the room wasn't ready. I watched other guests get rooms even though they arrived after I did. It reminded me of they prioritized local guests.

I enjoyed the spacious two-bedroom apartment . Breakfast was AMAZING!!! It included a wide variety of food options. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring all my needs were met.
This sometimes caused delays when trying to get to different floors. I found this frustrating, especially during peak times.
